- Make sure your child eats a good breakfast daily - an empty tummy can feel like a "sick" tummy to them.
- Wash hands frequently and often.
- Encourage children to keep their hands out of their mouth- wiggling loose teeth is no excuse. We are still spreading germs.
- Have you child wear sneakers to school on a daily basis or bring a pair of sneakers in their book bag for recess and PE. Flip-flop and sandals can be a safety hazard.
